Delivery

For the Luxury Baby Keepsake, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after placing an order. Hand made projects take time, love and care so it is important not to rush the process. We thank you for your patience in advance; the wait will be worth it!

For personalised items, it is advisable to order at least a month in advance especially if your requests require 50+ items to be personalised (e.g. 50+ glasses to engrave) or if you place an order but need it delivered outside of Australia.

The duration to create and deliver your order is something that we will discuss with you prior to placing your order and we endeavour to keep you informed of any possible changes to delivery.

Refunds

We are happy to refund any items which have been damaged during shipping/faulty/ error made on Purple Ink Studio’s part within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: all sales are final and we only offer a refund and replacement for the reasons mentioned above (the costs incurred at this point will be free of charge. We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with the items, the item has visible signs of use and/or misspelt personalisation made by the client.
